: Hawks 33, Goliaths 25



The Falcons improved to 3-0 all time on Christmas Day with a 33-25 win over the opponent New York Monsters. With the success, the Hawks improved to 11-4 on the season and own a one-game lead over the Dallas Ranchers for the lead position in the NFC East.


Running back D'Andre Quick scrambled for 92 yards and a score while quarterback Jalen Damages piled up 335 all out yards of offense to lead the Birds. Youngster cornerback Kelee Ringo's most memorable vocation interference fixed the success as time terminated.

First Quarter

  • Britain Covey returned the first punt of the game for 54 yards, setting up the Eagles on the New York 13-yard line.

  • Jalen Damages scored on the Thoughtful Push! A 12-yard rush by D'Andre Quick on the primary play of the drive set the offense up on the 1-yard line. On the following play, the quarterback drove his direction into the end zone. Harms set another NFL record with his fifteenth hurrying score of the time, breaking Cam Newton's record for most surging scores by a quarterback in a solitary season (14 of every 2011).
